So how significant is this given that the description of the security class is "0.25% Notes due 2022"?

That'd be some bonds right? Wouldn't these sorts of forms be filed all the time as different debt products were issued and eventually de-listed?

Option two there states:

"The entire class of the security has been redeemed or paid at maturity or retirement."

I'm gonna try and dig out another company that has filed a form like this. Feels like it should be extremely common...
