I think its more appropriate to say Biden is in the pockets of oligarchs. Oligarchs hold little regard for national identities or borders and every developed nation has its oligarchs. Oligarchs only consideration is how much cash they can put in their pockets and the power derived from said cash.Each is insulated in their own little fiefdom and work vigorously to increase that fiefdom. Its a modern day version of feudal society.
