Ordo Ab Chao. Seems like, primarily, they want control, not naturally-manifesting order from their chaos.
Cogito Ergo Sum... Minus the cogito, is where we seem to be. There's a profound and prevalent lack of basic common sense where it comes to technology.
I'm curious as to what you see as "their greater agenda". Let's follow this through to their "end game" in their world view - hypothetically, where these beasts prevail and the majority of humanity is wiped out, leaving them with an easily-controlled population who they can terrorize and eat, force to do whatever labor they want performed, ultimate power over life and death, etc, etc. To what end? What do beasts get out of this? Are they self-loathing and want the world to literally implode one day in a ball of fire? Is it massive egos where just this power is their raison d'etre? Is this their (warped) idea of a grand competition with the Almighty and they're looking to "win"? Do they think they're going to achieve some sort of grand enlightenment and be transported to some sort of Nirvana if only they can get the peons to obey and do things their way?
Edit: I also want to address your comment about the upcoming violence vis-a-vis the 2020 riots. While I have no doubt that the beasts have driven many individuals to their respective brinks in order to terrorize the population as a whole, using these poor souls as cannon fodder, to cause as much physical and emotional destruction as possible, I don't get the impression that the beasts are all-powerful. I say this, in part, because before I'd ever even heard about Q (around December 2020 I found my way to GAW and started diving in) I was seeing these mugshots of this freak show of violent rioters - to the point where I was saving some of these pics on my phone just out of curiosity. Then I started seeing the same individuals cropping up in mugshots from the next violent riots - another town, another state. They were being released from prison and let loose to continue their violent tantrums. What this told me is that this isn't a huge group of violent individuals spread over many states, but a much smaller group being transported from state to state because they didn't have enough of this level of rioter in each state. There are fine lines to cross and most of these BLM kids don't look like they'd be crossing those lines into the antifa-level violence. I could be mistaken, just my cursory observation.
