It is also gigantic and only a fraction seems to be used. I also think is it likely to have an extensive D.U.M.B. underneath. I've heard from people supposedly doing construction there that it is miles deep. They had to sign an NDA, were not allowed to wander outside the area they were working on, were closely supervised and were blown away by the size underground, a whole city.
