Operational Compartmentalization re 6 January 2020?

Miller not cleared... recall in his position he would have been in the command structure that would have supported, either administratively or operationally, the deployment of reserve and maybe even active duty personnel (logistics / air or other transportation, housing and meals) to secure the Capitol complex.

Now, if and when called to testify, Miller can honestly answer questions from the perspective of someone who was not privy to 6 Jan events except as, the offer to provide extra security was made to Speaker Pelosi and to Senator Schumer and to Mayor Bowser and they individually and collectively rejected the offer.

Miller is Kryptonite to the 6 January House Committee investigation.

I've always assumed Pence was cleared.

This complex part of what happened on 6 Jan is still (for me) just too opaque to think through the possible variables (so many variables being part of the opacity).
