If you spent the same $90.00 in Mexico you'd only be able to purchase 24 tablets. I know this because I was on a cruise there last month and purchased some just to have on hand. The mark up is crazy. We didn't go inland further than the touristy spots, but I wouldn't doubt that the prices plummet the further away you go from tourist spots/docks/airports.
