How do we NOT? The crazier things get, the more I run to Him. I don't listen to religious podcasters, youtube church session, I haven't attended a church in many years. I listen to my intuition, I am strong in my faith (a good upgrading is probably to thank for that). I pray A LOT. Every time I step outside and look at nature - the woods behind my house, the squirrels, rabbits, birds, the beautiful colors of the flowers and leaves, etc - I worship Him.

Find what makes you thankful and grateful and try to put yourself around those things more frequently. If the world gets too crazy, you have to draw yourself back. Kind of like jerking your hand off a hot stove. Don't be afraid to say (or sing) "Jesus take the wheel!" You have to protect yourself. Put on that full armor of God. Visualize yourself surrounded by it and know you are protected and loved.
