All they have to do is put the right turncoats in the right positions in government and the courts and it all goes to crap with no legal recourse. When Schumer said they would turn GA blue, he meant they would steal GA.

Texas is next, IMO. Edited to mean - Texas is in the democrats’ sites to turn blue (not that they will succeed)
