What Russia was saying was that the Republic of China, RoC is illegitimate. If you want to denounce the CCP, you dont say the PRC government they control is legitimate.

I'm open to new views but show some evidence and have some background knowledge as well of China and Taiwan. The article Bioclandestine put out on the "Russia Separating CCP and PRC" was imo the weakest one of his I've ever read. Most of the time his material is top notch but the sources he gave was very weak for his argument.
