For new eyes: As to why not arrest immediately, I believe we can refer back to Q for that answer. It's even in the sidebar of this forum -

Q gave us the necessary order of events:

1. ensure safety & well-being of the population (HOPEFULLY this has been done!)

2. shifting the narrative (happening now! yay!)

3. removing those in DC through resignation to ensure success (we saw a lot of them early on)

4. defeating ISIS/MS13 to prevent fail-safes (guess that will have to be repeated)

5. freezing assets to remove network-to-network abilities (Hunter Biden was wearing shoes on Rodeo Dr yesterday that were literally falling apart...we've seen a lot of evidence that assets have been seized from many)

6. kill off COC to prevent top-down comms/org (no clue how much of the chain of command is dead, but one of the TOP dogs just croaked last night! Rothschild)
