RD is doing a good job in Florida, but they still have issues that need to be ironed out. I briefly scanned the winners of many of their elections from this midterm and there's still a fair amount of rot that needs to be removed. I'm thinking 4-8 years at least to clean out the state and I'd like to see RD stay in place to do so.

As much as I respect RD and think he may make a good POTUS someday, perhaps VP before that, I don't think he's ready for that level as yet, definitely not in 2024. As far as an interim cabinet position, he might be appropriate for some of them, but I'd rather see him shore up Florida. Also, at the current time I don't see anyone else on the horizon who could pick up RD's position and keep that ball rolling. Just mho.
