No way to know what he's flying on unless can spot a US flight going both ways, may or may not be Ukrainian aircraft as well (he can def afford just about anything...). For example there was a C-40B "Blue and White" just took off from Ramstein just a bit ago heading East. All a person can do is watch and theorize (Wild-ass guess).
