So basically, the cartels bought off politicians to get a port of entry for drugs to the US. In an ideal world, the DEA and the FBI would take out Hobbs for this. In our real world though, the corruption throughout the agencies is total. Maybe we need vigilantes who take out the utterly corrupt politicians, terminally and permanently. Stop playing softball.
