The way I see it, this indictment stuff is just another of the moves/countermoves going on behind the scenes, though this would force things into the open. I'm not convinced it'll happen, but we'll see. Some have theorized that the threat of indicting Trump is keeping the good guys from going after Biden and his son. Not sure what to think, but the indictment of Trump surely has to be one of the last moves they have left because it's so desperate.
