Google doesn't usually do Doodles for religious holidays. From what I understand, when they've done it in the past (they had Easter Eggs in the Doodle for Easter around 20 years ago), people from other religions started complaining about Google giving Christianity special treatment. And this is why we can't have nice things.
So now they just don't do religious Doodles, in general. Every once in awhile they'll do something that incorporates multiple holidays, trying to cover all bases. In 2019 they did a "winter festivals" collection for Hanukkah, Christmas, Kwanzaa, and Festivus. And yes, they really did Festivus.
