And where I live, when the grass should all be brown and burnt, we are getting an inch or two of rain a week. It rains here every couple days. And its not from thunderstorms which is more normal, we are getting all day soaking rains. Ive had my sprinkler system turned off since late June and my grass has never been greener or more lush. It looks like it does in mid May. I have to cut twice a week when if your lazy you could get away with once every other week in a normal year.

Not only that but we have yet to see a 90 degree day and there have been more days in the 70s than the 80s. Yesterday morning it was 50 degrees here when I woke up. Not completely unheard of but very rare for August. An incredible lack of humidity too.

I do concrete and this time of year we are using 8 pound sledge hammers to pound our pins into ground as hard as concrete. It is so waterlogged this year we can push them down with our hands. The big problem now is that there is so much water in the ground a vacuum is created and its a pain in the ass to pull them out.
