In California, a bond claim is a required precursor for a lawsuit. If your and claim is denied, then you are allowed to file suit. I've already got a bond claim in process for the first two oaths that were improperly redact acted, and I am at this moment working on the bond claim for not turning over the rest of the oaths that will hopefully get filed on Monday.

I've been fighting government corruption since early 2017. I have learned that the system is rigged and that the money you pay a lawyer goes out the window. I have already sued once acting as my own lawyer and I will do it again once I get the bond denial.

The lawsuit that I did was a waste in the sense that the judge made a blatantly corrupt ruling and I didn't stop the corruption as I had hoped; but it was a giant treasure trove in terms of information that was exposed via Discovery of even more corruption and the fact that the government agency never denied the allegations of wrong doing. The agency evaded acknowledging the allegations and so did the judge. They all pretended the suit was about something different altogether, but failure to deny constitutes admission of truth. So, I got a ton of proof of more corruption and a tacit admission that they were indeed doing all the corruption.

Edit to add: I also have a bond claim pending for the 10 people at the state income tax agency that I have caught without oaths, too (I mentioned above "the first 3" but it was ten total)
