I live here, it’s done a lot , driver of the boat runs with the other criminals and nothing is done . Notice the look out guy who gets in the black truck , that’s how it’s always done . Those boats are hella expensive ! That boat traveled many miles along the coast line from Mexico and pasted several beaches before landing in lajolla , the wealthiest part of San Diego . I’ve seen the boats, they sit there and a cartel eventually jumps in and away they go, there is absoulutly no way they aren’t given a free pass . I’m on the water a lot, harbor patrol will circle you if you look like your having to much fun , there is no way they aren’t allowed !
