If you have a local Shoe Carnival or Ross Dress for Less, Bealls, or Bealls Outlet stores, you can often find good deals on nice things there (and should be able to find gift cards there, as well) As a lady one of the reasons I literally hate clothes shopping (with anyone else) is I can try on one pair of pants in a size, they are too snug, then the same size different style or brand fits great. This is an experience I will only share with a few close family members or friends. Praying for your neighbor.
