Pronouns are simply stand-ins for nouns. So, you can always just use the noun instead.

If you absolutely MUST refer to some weirdosexual in the third person, you can just use the weirdosexual's actual name instead of him, her, his, hers, himself, themself, etc. Does Joe know what time Joe needs to turn in Joe's report?

Sure it might sound a little weird or clunky at first. But oh well; the other side doesn't care about that when they expect you to regurgitate gobbledygook like "Ze loves clownself with all their heart."
