what is your reasoning for thinking they might?
First, they own everything. That's not hyperbole, it's the legal truth. Every single asset that anyone within any legal system (citizen of any government) anywhere on the planet thinks they own is technically owned by them as Trustee (and, if they wish, at any time they want as beneficiary). Why do you think the IRS can take everything you own at anytime they want on suspicion of a "tax crime?"
Normally I'd say "read my report," but this entire thread is someone else putting out part of my report (Welcome To The Machine) that shows that they own everything. I mean, I haven't actually gotten to exactly how they own every single thing everywhere yet, but what's there right now is a pretty solid intro.
As for Mars, if we have bases there, they are owned by the Cabal, period.
patriots are in control
Just because there is a new controller (ostensibly), doesn't change the legal structure. Being in control of a thing and "owning" a thing are not legally the same thing. The Cabal could still legally "own Mars" and not have operational input ("strings cut")..
