VP initiates 25th Amendment process
Majority of cabinet must sign on
Letter is sent to Speaker of the House, President Pro Tempore of the Senate and the (p)resident, stating he is being removed under the 25th
VP becomes (p)resident - but better not start measuring the Oval Office drapes
All (p)resident has to do is write a [strongly worded] letter in refutation "I am still healthy enough to be (p)resident"
IMMEDIATELY he is restored to the (p)residency!
Congressional action is then required to remove him against his will
