So USSS director Kim Cheatle could have been replaced by a cow, and the cow would have done a better job of estimating the pitch of the nearly flat rooftop and placed snipers there.

Probably the cow will accept a lower salary too, saving the taxpayers some money, and will say fewer stupid things in public than Kim...this is a win-win all around. I look forward to this personnel upgrade.
