BTW, the more I read and study the subject, the more I think what I wrote above is the key to understanding the deception and usurpation of federal government powers and violation of the fundamental rights of the People:

What Congress has actually done is to create ... law(s) that [are] NOT part of their "enumerated powers" in Article 1, Section 8, Clause 1-16, but instead created [laws] that [are] under Article 4, Section 3, Clause 2, which ONLY APPLIES TO FEDERAL TERRITORIES ... and they use deception so [they] can ASSUME that you live in the DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA and must [follow those laws].

But if you do NOT live THERE (and do not engage in other federal privileged activity), then [those laws do] NOT apply to YOU.

Remember the bullshit facemask requirements on airlines?

They did something similar to the above, but slightly different. They used the constitutional authority in Article 1, Section 8, Clause 3 ("To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations ..."), and then LIED about it, by APPLYING it to where THEY HAD NO AUTHORITY.

The statute they cited as their authority had to do with the importation of plants and animals (from foreign countries) being subject to quarantine if it could cause illness in the general public.

The statute had nothing whatsoever to do with humans or facemasks or "viruses" (so-called).

But they CLAIMED that it gave them authority to require people to wear facemasks.

And the motherfucking attorneys in this country all rolled over like trained dogs.

Except for ONE case in Florida.

Remember how the facemask on airlines rule ENDED?

A judge in Florida ruled that the federal government did NOT have constitutional authority to implement that requirement, and cited the statute as not applicable.

So, the LAW WORKS -- IF we understand the DECEPTION they use.

Because the Founding Fathers were brilliant.
