Sooner or later, somebody will win. I feel that we are entering the end-game. And this attack was planned to coincide with the Rasputitsa, IMO. It is a softening up of Military counter-attack capability, while the Russians clear the remaining pockets of resistance.

Nevertheless, Ukrianians are shutting down 7 out of 9 Nuclear reactors, on advice from IAEA.

Ukrainians say:

Russian terrorists are once again trying to intimidate us with cold and blackouts, repeating their actions and trying to get results from them.

[yes, but, note that they are not threatening death to civilians. There is where the definition of terrorism lies: There are three provisos: That the attack is killing civilians; to create fear in the population; and it is done for political purposes. ]

The Russians claim they are striking

against critical energy infrastructure facilities that ensure the operation of the Ukrainian military-industrial complex and enterprises that produce military products.

So

  1. NOT killing civilians, indeed, Ukrainians claim they are suffering cold and blackouts (oh and they can't make assplody stuff or transport it by train).

  2. Ukrainians say they are not afraid of cold and blackouts. So no fear. and

  3. It is clearly stated that there is a Military purpose - i.e. to stop the production of arms.
