I took it that he was talking about EO to be able to do just that since, a few of the corrupted Gov's would go directly against the deportations, especially the ones that use millions of noncitizens to beef up their people count overall for funding and seat number of reps (when it should just be citizens that count for any of that)... what as you see is exactly what's gone down. I think it is LESS of going to peoples homes door to door and more of being able to have the military there to go in and Take out dangerous groups of them AND the Cartel. They are all very well equipped, the gangs and cartels that is, he will need the military to do the job. Agree though, need to always keep a keen eye on things as they progress.
