They both extol the benefits of a carnivore and keto diet, staying away from sugar, flour, dyes, food additives, etc. Once you begin on a clean diet within a week a lot of your ailments begin to go away. After a few months of being off of sugar you can get off heart meds and other chronic ailment meds. Think about it, our ancestors ate whole foods, deer, cattle, chickens, fish. They didn't need to add preservatives to the food to keep it on their shelf for a long period of time. Heck, they hunted every single day to survive. In today's society you can have the same thing, just stay away from the grocery stores. Remember....SUGAR = EVIL
