It's a bit arcane when seen from a distance (I'm U.S. based), but it looks like the U.K. equivalent of our administrative courts (set up and run by unelected regulators who had no legal power to do it but proceeded to do it anyway, to issue "administrative subpoenas" and make their own pretend judgements with plenty of regulatory bluster and intimidation but without actual legal authority) that were recently struck down by the Supreme Court. Hope they fall soon.
