Sorry but you were informed how many masks you will get/ only this number of masks were available. Unfortunately our boss not allows refunds,and as you simply state you not want to be longer ever our client , because you and your friends wouldn't buy our products because you want to buy from "black owned business" so why we should ever do that ? We are very unhappy you consider our prices "ripping off" and our product not worth of your attention because of racist idea of buying only from black business, despite our masks superior quality.

We would appreciate if you mention where you saw similar products to our at lower prices what caused you to claim we are "ripping off" our consumers, as we want our prices to be affordable to clients who want to continue cooperation with us,and we hope examples of our competitors having lower prices would be helpful to convince our boss to make it such in the future.

Those second to make sure somebody is not offering really lower prices in your area + to show you care for a client. And remember: mention boss even if you are the boss to prove you can't do something. u/Ghost68 .
