Latham filed this shit Pro-Se (without any attorney), asked the court to waive the filing fee (REQUEST TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS) which is fine, I've done that myself against criminal collection agents and credit bureaus, but not against half of New York City, and asked to be awarded $500,000,000. The COMPLAINT offered ZERO evidence. None ... NONE! This shit is embarrassing that we are wasting our time with it.
