This was posted in here a couple of weeks ago, and my cousin's wife ( Chinese) told me the translation was accurate, she also said the guy came across as nuts, I responded then, so I should be able to find a link to the other post, several people also confirmed the translation, but were unsure due to lack of context, IE, this guy may be the Chinese version of Simon Parkes for all they know. Here's the video posted around a month ago, several people in the comments section confirmed the translation was correct.
