Seems that if someone wanted to ADD their Name to this, all they would need to do is write a Joinder, and send it to the SCOTUS, in reference to this exact thing....
It doesn't NEED the AGs....
You People make up the Various States, so why should YOU be left out of this Demand??

If it is the Lands, then let the Rulers rule the Lands, and leave the Men alone. If the Men Make the State, then let the State be Made by the Men who Own the Lands....
