So I think this document sheds a bit more light on the clues Trump provided us in his recent interview.
Trump said that a vaccine like this takes 10-12 years, but at the very least 5 years, but he got it out in 8 months. He then reminded us that once the shipping logistics for the materials is all in place it takes around a year for the manufacturing to ramp up full speed. Clearly he was pointing out the inconsistencies. How did he get the vaccine out in 8 months, when just the logistics should have taken atleast a year?
He made one cryptic remark. He said "I knew some inside information".
I think it all makes sense now. This is a biological weapon system they were working on since at least 2015 as per this document, which was being developed for 5 years in 2020. He was telling us that he knew that this weapon system was already in progress. He told us that it would have needed another 5-7 years for it to be ready and in final shape - a weapon that would have enslaved humanity with 5 year lockdowns in the meantime. It would have been rolled out with no short term issues and no one would have been able to resist it.
His operation warp-speed gave them the incentive to unveil it immediately. One of the things they were greedy was to use this rollout to perform a lot of experimentation to calibrate the toxicity
Now their plans are exposed, they can contain niether the stories leaking nor the lawsuits and other legal proceedings, and their bioweapon system is about to be exposed to the horror of the sheeple.
