Reason: too many anyways

Thanks for clarifying the distinction - I was mainly pointing out that there is a misconception generally (which I held for awhile) that green tips are more than they are vs black tips which are a different story/can't normally get as you describe. Seems like anytime ARs come up there's green tip hoo ha - several chimed in here - perhaps I am ASSuming things when I think some if not many such commenters think green tips are "magic bullets" when they aren't quite that, and in fact depending on application may actually cause less damage due to their very green-tipped-ness.

Edit: It should be noted, NON-green-tip AR rounds will ALSO go through most body armor (thru 3a), making green tips kind of a moot round anyway. I'm open to corrections/further discussion.
