“Succumbed to the fear”. What does God tell us about fear? I’m sorry, but pastors who cannot trust God for what are OUR God-given, protected rights under the Constitution. Nuremberg Code, etc., are not fit to preach Truth from a pulpit or minister to a flock. They’re going to drag their entire congregation into fear with them. Making excuses for him, and those like him - no matter how nice they may be - is enabling the enemy and that is not what God calls us to. “Fear” is the enemy’s weapon, not an excuse for not trusting God. I believe God is using this to show each of us how we will stand in the end times, when the Mark of the Beast is required to live our lives. When the Church is persecuted. God is separating the wheat from the chaff and wants to bring His Bride into revival so we will be strong enough to keep our Faith in the end times. That could be tomorrow, or hundreds of years from now, but the principle is the same. We are not helping other Believers when we enable their fear.
