In the federal courts, there is no common law allowed.

We are basically under civil law, which was the Roman system.

The British system was a combination of common law (the law of the people) and civil law (the law of the king).

Our system today ignores the law of the People and assumes that everything SHOULD be a top-down law of the king.

Did you notice the recent SCOTUS rulings on the vaxx mandates?

Do you know WHY they said the OSHA one was no good but the health care one was?

It was because Congress did not grant OSHA that authority, but they did grant the hospitals that authority by giving federal money to the hospitals.

Excuse me, but ...

Congress has NO consitutional authority to meddle in health care in the 50 states in the first place.

Plus, Congress has NO authority to tell OSHA they can mandate anything within the 50 states.

SCOTUS was bascially saying that a vaxx mandate would be just fine if Congress gave OSHA that authority.

And you can bet your sweet ass that the cabal think tanks are writing up legislation to do EXACTLY that right now.

SCOTUS is a pathetic joke. Most of them (all but 2 or 3) think that the federal government can pass ANY law they want. They just ignore the Constitution.
