As the Donbas areas are liberated, teams of workers from Russia sweep in to provide safe passage for those Russian speaking civilians returning, helping the people bury their dead, reconnecting water and power, internet service, food, clothing etc. They are registering to receive their Russian Passports and Russian benefits. The DPR and the LPR were suppose to be a buffer between Russia and Ukraine for those people in these areas, but the Minsk Agreement was hardly dry when Zelinsky sent in the AZOV that have terrorised these areas since 2014. Russia has sold the gas meant for Europe, to India and China and there are talks underway with African nations also. Then there is food. 40% of the worlds wheat etc comes via Russia.
