This is VERY interesting. If Biden replaced BEFORE the 2012 election, it means that whoever replaced him knew that Obama was going to steal the election from Romney (looks like 3 or 4 states were flipped to give it to Obama). Although I believe Romney is now either acting or is compromised (his "feud" with Trump is a bit over-the-top, IMO), it appears that Romney could not win because Ryan got placed on his ticket by cabal as a "safety", and they likely would have assassinated Romney once he got out of line for Ryan to takeover. Ryan's sudden, miraculous selection as Speaker of the House in 2015 is indicative of his powerful Racine, WI backers (his wife is likely a Bauer and his "handler").
