Not all beings in our and other universes are negative. My first thought though would be that supposed ET contact or interaction is our own government trying to create a narrative and especially to control us through fear. There are supposedly entire fleets of manmade "ufo" crafts stored in certain locations and conveyor belt production lines of programmable "aliens" being created in the underground bases. My own opinion is that real ETs would find a deep state project Blue Beam highly irksome and disrespectful and it would just not be tolerated. I think everything is being observed by off-world intelligence and that they recognize Jesus' position in regards to humanity. If intervention becomes necessary I believe it will happen and I'm not afraid of it. I also believe that Trump is the first president to be aware of EVERYTHING past presidents remained ignorant of thanks to blocked accessibility.
