Trump can declassify anything ANYTHING he wants, merely be either stating so, or by "de facto actions" of taking them along with him.
Thus, even if classified BEFORE OR AFTER, classification oriented violations cannot apply to any POTUS, and the Democrats know this.
Only a President has this right.
ALL DOCUMENTS HE PHYSICALLY CAUSED TO BE WITH HIM ARE NO LONGER TO BE CONSIDERED AS "classified" for the sake of classification itself.
