I have some shares of DWAC with Fidelity. I voted through their provided links a few weeks ago. However, Fidelity keeps emailing me with a notice regarding a tender offer and action is needed.
So, today I dialed the number in Patrick Orlando’s email that is circulating (I never got it) that gives a direct line to vote: (1-877-728-4996).
I explained to them the above situation with Fidelity. They were able to look up my shares and confirm a vote has been entered for them.
I don’t doubt some funny bid-ness is going on.
