The nature of the Brunson legal action is that representatives certified election results without conducting an investigation into the evidence of election fraud which was presented by US intelligence agencies (President Trump's E.O).

The 388 members of the government failed to do so prior to their certification of the fraudulent vote on Jan. 6th - which means they committed some very serious crimes in the process and at the very minimum can no longer hold any elected office in the US.

The SC could have taken many actions to kill this case, but instead have taken steps to facilitate its progress through the proceedings... and it is now going to be up for review. It has already gone much too far through the process to be easily ignored or legally brushed aside at this point. Everything indicates that it is likely to be heard by the SC.

The SC has some good incentives to move on this rapidly (during December) prior to the next session of congress in January... and here we are...

This is kind of a big deal, no?

To be clear - that 10 day investigation is a requirement specified in the US Constitution... it is not just something the Cruz asked for on his own.

That is the nature of the Brunson legal action. Under certain circumstances, our representatives are required to conduct an investigation into election fraud before certifying the votes of an election.
