As of Jan 20th, 2021 (if not earlier) as much as many here don't want to accept it, DJT ceased being POTUS... but that doesn't mean that Biden legitimately became POTUS.

Who better to lead a Ghost Army, than a Ghost Commander-in-Chief? As I've stated here and before in other threads, constitutionally speaking, it couldn't have been DJT. His term ended. But if not Biden, then who? Pence and Pompeo are both possible answers, constitutionally speaking.
