If March 30 is when it all starts going down, there should be signs to watch for. Large military movements inside the Continental US, communications blackouts, etc.

EDIT: For what it's worth, I just compared the clock to my own Android phone clock, and the Qagg clock appears to be 15 seconds behind (or slower than) my phone clock.
