According to an unnamed assistant general counsel for the California BAR association, the basis of Tara's supposed 'giving false testimony', as an 'expert witness' was that she claimed she graduated from Antioch, and had not taken the bar exam. They claim she had NOT graduated, but taken the California BAR exam twice and failed.

But, Isn't it true that one has to graduate BEFORE taking a BAR exam? Seems kind of a weird argument for dismissing someone's testimony in domestic violence cases.

Something fishy going on. Like a smear perhaps? Is it possible for an institution like Antioch to delete someone's graduate status? Otherwise, why would someone take a BAR exam before graduating? Why can testimony in a domestic violence case be dismissed upon such supposed evidence? Were they trying to prove she was lying?

Also note the shills going after Gaetz. Libs LOVE accusations of sex, don't they? But if a R woman complains that she is assaulted, then suddenly, they go after some legal mumbo-jumbo. " Well, she didn't pass the BAR exam, but lied about it, therefore she is lying" ....??
