Next I thought, could there be a national emergency declared and could Trump use the 1917 Trading With the Enemy Act or other laws to find justification to order offshore oil drilling in an emergency situation, such as stock market crash due to Declas and great awakening of more people. I concluded yes, and though I did not include “great awakening” in my chat gpt question, AI agreed the answer is yes, but that was last night. Edit: Today, AI is telling me no, there is not another law Trump could find and use it as a basis to get drilling going again in areas Byden restricted.. AI is telling that a new law would need to be passed allowing offshore oil drilling.
2nd edit: I told ChatGPT it seems it was evil and would like people to starve during an economic depression due to oil being unavailable to get vegetables driven from farms to the cities.
