This person got a lot of data from a twitter employee and she is publishing a lot of stuff about how the censorship algorithm works. It is potentially still active, and other platforms definitely are still using them.
So, they use what they call Ngrams to assign a misinformation score is my understanding. She reveals some of the Ngrams in the article on her website.
Ngrams are like groups of words, and they can change them in real time to respond to emerging situations.
