It displays the Letter, a motto, with the building that was false flagged, while it was getting false flagged; this is major American history. This is a representation of "the plan" literally pasting itself onto a major event, and I managed to capture it in this "melding together".
The Q is ON A FLAG so my title says "Q (flag) spotted during the false flag" is a play on words as to the operation that brought me there being contrasted with the opposite preposition of "false" flag. Real flag vs false flag. Fact vs Fiction.

Your observation is astute but i feel Trump doing the speech with the hands chopped him up a bit. I'm a drummer and it sounds like a nothing burger.... But he has to keep his voice tone/inflection consistent to not stutter while simultaneously timing his hands.
