Doesn't sound like justice to me. Using the gun was justified, but having it was illegal. If he's a dangerous felon, why is he out of jail? If he's served his time, why restrict his gun rights?
I've always had an issue with the majority of gun laws.
Prosecution has known who Jumpkick Man (JM) was the entire time, allegedly. They've both accused Ziminski and JM of offensives and are able to offer immunity in exchange for testimony, taking the 5th Amendment out of the equation. They've refused to do that.
Thanks for the constructive criticism! I let him know after the fact about Catbox. I've seen it used around here but never actually used it myself.
The reason for using Reddit was, "I want to redpill the normies" kek, so I have to be supportive of that.
Yup, and they ignored a warrant for the One Armed Bandit's phone (the one you're referring to) since there's a law in Wisconsin that protects "victims" of crimes. They very liberally applied it in this case to prevent evidence collection in this case.
"Only Sith deal in absolutes!" Kek
I wholeheartedly agree, I feel that we've strayed too far from the Constitution and that's the main reason why things are so bad. Folks have given up too much ground on basically every tenet of the Bill of Rights.
My main issue with unlimited term limits are the scummy politicians that spend their entire life in DC (Let's Go, Brandon!) and they keep things shitty to justify their existence. Sure, you can "vote them out", when elections actually work and when there's a larger ratio of people who pay attention to people who want free shit. 😅
If it doesn't need new amendments, why are there provisions to add more?
Giving the people the ability to add term limits/pay limits on congress/judges/executives can keep the Gov't in check without having to spill blood.
Obviously, as with just about anything in life, there is a possibility that it could be weaponized against us, but that's why we're supposed to be vigilant and good countrymen. Have to pay attention and stay involved, can't get complacent.
Gabbard and the one eyed snake Crenshaw were both recognized by the world economic forum as "young leaders" or some shit. All the right wingers simping over her has annoyed me to no end.
