Good point. I'm hoping that people who couldn't normally be bothered to wait for a looong time on the 5th have been convinced to vote early on a day of their choosing, with shorter lines. Hopefully we still have plenty in reserve.
Indeed. I've read it only applies to the 5th and I've seen it applies nationwide. I'm leaning towards 5th only. Also saw where 5th circuit only included Texas, Mississippi, and Louisiana. Swear it used to be Arkansas and OK too.
5th circuit also includes Oklahoma and Arkansas . However, I think has national implication because the federal law applies nationwide. Just like the 9th circuit ruled against Trump on issues nationwide. 5th circuit also put an injunction on jab mandates nationwide back in 22 I think it was.
